Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Napa Valley "FAY" 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon

Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Napa Valley "FAY" 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, $104.39-$115.99, 92 points, poured opaque trending purple/red to red with a bright clear wine ring and light tearing on the glass bowl.
Aromas of black currant, soft flora vibes, and a touch of toasty blackberry were okay.
Full-bodied with good acidity and layered fine tannins managed good flavors of licorice, black fruits, fennel, and fig.
Finished well on the trailing palate, blackberry liqueur, a Valpolicella-raisin, easy warm spices, and a spot-on 14.5% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my meatballs and spaghetti.
I bought this Stag's Leap Wine Cellars wine at the Whole Foods of Bedford.
