M. Chapoutier Cotes du Rhone Belleruche 2015 Rosé, $11.04-$12.99, 89 points, was a spring peach color.
Aromatic flowers upon strawberry were excellent.
Light, dry, crisp, mouth-watering acidity with refreshing flavors of watermelon and rind, strawberries and kiwi, accented with jasmine and hibiscus paired perfectly with my Asian cuisine.
Finished well on the lingering palate with a hint of white pepper and an appropriate 13.5% alcohol.
