Cadre "Stone Blossom" Etna Valley 2021 Sauvignon Blanc, $16.99-$22.99, 91 points, was a medium yellow/gold color and a narrow clear wine ring at the rim.
Aromas of dusty lemon zest, soft pome blossoms, a hint of jasmine, and lime juice were "delicious".
Cadre was light-bodied, crisply acidic, and quite tasty if not terribly complex. Flavors mimicked the aromas.
Finished well on the fading palate, ginger, and a surprisingly balanced 14.2% alcohol.
Paired wonderfully with my Portuguese Aztec ensalada tuna.
