Domaine Séguinot-Bordet 2022 Chablis, $27.49-$31.99, 91 points, was a medium brass color with a broad gray meniscus.
Aromas were dominate by a slightly sour, slightly floral, and dusty pomelo nuanced with white pepper and ginger.
Always a wonderful wine from a reliable vineyard, this vintage was no exception: medium-bodied dry Chardonnay, brightly acidic, tasty, clean, showing fine minerality, citrus notes, and crisp ginger accelerating towards the long finish with a spot-on 12.5% alcohol.
paired perfectly with our baked breaded haddock.
