Fetching floral aromas were matched by a cornucopia of red fruits and Orange pekoe tea.
The medium-plus body supported by bright acids and a firm grainy underlayment of tannin enlivened flavors reflective of the aromas nuanced with oak, subtle oregano, and bay-leaf.
Finished with an intense pepper spiciness balanced appropriately with a big 15% alcohol, and a hint of mint.
Paired well with our meat-lovers pizza and coffee-chocolate dessert.
