Orange zest and apple aromas were quite pleasant.
Medium-bodied white wine with good acidity struggled with a bit of weakness midpalate, but found its energy in the long intense finish of ginger, apple, lime, and a well-balanced 11% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with our roast chicken.
