Fleurs de Prairie Côtes de Provence 2017 Rosé

Fleurs de Prairie Côtes de Provence 2017 Rosé, $16.99-$19.99, 90 points, was a medium salmon pink color.
Aromatic strawberries with faint cherry blossom perfume and spring water freshness were delightful.
Light-bodied with mouthwatering acidity showed flavors evolving from red fruitiness to white pepper spicy to citrusy tart.
Finished well on the fading palate, watermelon rind, and a balanced 13% alcohol.
Paired nicely with my Mexican cuisine of salsa-beef soft tacos and pepper-jack nachos.

    1. I understand! As my vino lady of gravitas would say: Great Rosé come from Provence.
