Aromas of lemon and lime were dominant with a hint of white chocolate.
A light-bodied dry white wine with good acidity and a rather tame mouth feel and flavor profile marked by citrus and green melon notes with a hint of white chocolate.
Finished fair on the trailing palate, a touch of white pepper, vanilla, and a well-balanced 13% alcohol.
Paired fine with my salt and vinegar chicken with kalamata olives, seeded crackers, and feta cheese.
