LADERA Howell Mountain Napa Valley 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
LADERA Howell Mountain Napa Valley 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, $34.99-$69.99,91points, has a dense royal purple color, with hints of black olive and leather on the nose, as well as hints of cinnamon and cedar, the mouth-feel is smooth and velvety, having flavors of licorice and black cherry with grape and some gentle floral notes. The finish is long, pleasant, and spicy. With all the sediment, this wine needs to stand straight-up in the bottle for sometime or be decanted. We liked this wine very much, but the price is a bit on the high side of a 91 point wine. I wasn't disappointed! Index-of-reviewed-wines
