Aizpurua Cosecha 2015 Hondarrabi Zuri (White) Wine (Getariako Txakolina, Spain),
$15.19-$18.99, 91 points, poured almost clear with a green tint.
Smells of honeydew melon and a subtle floral vibe were good.
Light, crisp, acidic, and stony with a faint spritz managed a lively lime, lemon zest, and accented with a hint of Lychee; a lovely quaffer.
Finished well on the trailing palate, a touch of rock-candy, and a perfect 11% alcohol.
I may have had equally good white wine with my white fish, but none better than this Zuri wine.
I bought the Aizpurua Cosecha wine at the Whole Foods of Bedford.
