Chronic Cellars Paso Robles Pink Pedals 2015 Rosé

Chronic Cellars Paso Robles Pink Pedals 2015 Rosé, $12.74-$17.99, 90 points, poured a lovely copper/red color.
Shy aromas of pie crust, watermelon, strawberry, and a floral vibe were a bit frustratingly difficult to ferret-out.
Medium-bodied with good acidity, just a hint of sweetness, and flavors of red cherry, strawberry, hints of hibiscus, and melon rind showed nice complexity.
Finished well with a hint of guava, easy white pepper notes, and a modest 12.5% alcohol.
Varietals were 89% Grenache and 11% Syrah.
Paired fine with our taco pizza.
