Aromatic apple cider and peach were excellent.
Light-plus body, good acidity, and delicious flavors reflective of the aromas and a hint of melon made for a great pairing with our Asian cuisine.
Finished fair and uneventful on the trailing palate and an off-dry 11% alcohol.
