Angeline Vineyards Sonoma County 'Reserve' 2017 Sauvignon Blanc, $8.49-$13.99, 87+ points, was a consistent medium brass color.
Soft floral, orange zest, and honey aromas were lovely.
Light-bodied with good acidity delivered satisfying sweet hay and grapefruit flavors.
Finished fair on the dissipating palate, a touch of white pepper, and a balanced 13.8% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my Icelandic cod in a white cream sauce, ergo at $8.49 was an excellent value.
