Duckhorn Napa Valley 2018 Sauvignon Blanc, $25.19-$29.99, 92 points, was the lightest of brass colors and turning water clear at the rim.
Smells of pome flowers, sweet hay, and peach were excellent.
Very light white wine, but substantial with flavors mirroring the aromas and finishing strong on the trailing palate, ginger, white pepper, lime, and a spot-on 13.5% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my Maryland crab-cakes.Varietals were 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon.
