Volver La Mancha 2012 Tempranillo, $11.89-$16.99, 91 points, poured core black with purple/red windows and penumbra, transparent rim and stained glass wall sheeting.
Aromatic cedar wood, lush rich black fruits, spiced lamb, and lovely floral vibes were excellent.
Full-bodied with good acidity and grainy drying tannins carried earthy flavors of black fruits, plum, truffle, and a furtive background of flowers, tobacco, and meatiness.
Finished long with a hint of mint and a 15% alcohol inspirited spiciness.
