Château Belle-Vue Haut-Medoc 2015 Bordeaux Red Wine

Château Belle-Vue Haut-Medoc 2015 Bordeaux Red Wine, $17.84-$20.99, 91 points, poured deep dark purple/reds surrounding shimmering black patches abutting the broad clear wine ring and a bowl of fat stained legs.
Smells of toasty black fruit and sea breezes with hints of coffee and juniper were excellent.
The near full body showed good acidity, rich fine grainy tannins, and a dense flavor profile of plums, truffles, and mulling spices.
Finished on the fading palate, sweet black cherry, easy pepper spices, oak, and a well-balanced 13.5% alcohol.
Varietals were 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 15% Petit Verdot.
Paired perfectly with my mixed vegetables in a cheddar cheese sauce.
