Gibbs 'Centa Vineyards' Saint Helena, Napa Valley 2017 Sauvignon Blanc, $16.99-$19.99, 87 points, was a very light brass color grading water clear toward the glass shallows.
Aromas were grassy with sweet NECCO wafers.
A light-bodied white wine with good acidity and flavors that reflected the aromas.
Finished well with a 14.3% alcohol inspirited ginger and a slightly sour passion fruit.
Paired perfectly with my Icelandic cod in a cheddar cheese sauce.
