Schmitt Söhne Auslese Sweet and Luscious 2015 Riesling, $11.89-$15.99, 86 points, was slightly darker than a light gold color.
Aromas were strongly petrol with developing apple notes and a hint of citrus.
Light-plus bodied (sweet) white wine with good acidity and flavors reflective of the aromas was unremarkable.
Finished fair with a hint of guava and a typically sweet-Riesling alcohol rating of 8.5%.
Paired okay with our Asian cuisine.
