The aroma is various notes of chocolate, alcohol, black fruit, and cinnamon, gracefully revealed.
Flavors of sharp grape, plum, black cherry, and boysenberry are smoothly carried on a full body, and finishes fairly with peppery spice and some alcohol heat.
This wine could have been decanted.
