Frei Brothers Russian River Sonoma County 2013 Sauvignon Blanc, $12.74-$16.99, 87 points, poured a very light transparent brass color trending a bit gray toward the glass wall.
The nose is an okay grapefruit, lemon, and cantaloupe with a floral note.
Good acidity with tart citrus, mostly grapefruit with hints of tangerine, highlighted this light bodied crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
Finished fair with citrus and a touch of the 13.9% alcohol.
Paired well with a vegie pizza and fried Sea scallops.
