Domaine Capitaine "Les Aumones" 2016 Vouvray

Domaine Capitaine "Les Aumones" 2016 Vouvray, $14.39-$17.99, 90 points, poured a light glossy gold color trending clear at the glass edge.
Soft aromas of orange fruit, wet stone, and hints of pome fruit were good.
The light body with lip-smacking acidity and slightly sweet supported a rich array of flavors including pineapple, guava, and hints of grapefruit.
Finished long on the trailing palate, stony, a touch of white pepper, citrusy, and an easy 12% alcohol.
Paired well with my sautéed Maritime Halibut.
I bought this Vouvray (Chenin Blanc) at the Whole Foods of Bedford.
