William Hill Estate Winery North Coast 2013 Sauvignon Blanc

William Hill Estate Winery North Coast 2013 Sauvignon Blanc, $16.99-$18.99, 90 points, appeared almost water clear with a light lime green hue.
The aroma was a refreshing tangerine and fresh-cut grass.
The crisp light body carried good acidity with tart granny-smith apple with a hint of grapefruit flavors.
Finished fair on the trailing palate, a hint of lemon grass and slate, tart citrus, and a well integrated 13.9% alcohol.
This is my first 2013 Sauvignon Blanc; it is a well done cut and dry white wine which I bought at the Harvest Market in Bedford.
I paired this one with barbecue hot dogs. but most would prefer it with oysters, lobsters, or most any seafood cuisine.

  1. While many learned professors have abandoned hope of ever discovering the truth behind williamhill, I for one feel that it is still a worthy cause for examination. In depth analysis of williamhill can be an enriching experience. Remarkably williamhill is heralded by shopkeepers and investment bankers alike, leading many to state that williamhill is featuring more and more in the ideals of the young and upwardly mobile.
