13 Celsius Marlborough 2018 Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand), $13.74-$17.49, 90 points, poured an exceedingly light brass color.
Aromatically archetypical New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc smells of Gooseberry, passion fruit, and grapefruit.
Light-bodied white wine with bright acidity sported a tart tasting tipple showing flavors reflective of the aromas.
Finished quite long on the slowly fading palate, energetic ginger, and a well balanced 12.5% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my North Atlantic deep fried Sea scallops.
