Lincourt "Steel" Sta. Rita Hills 2013 Chardonnay, $8.49-$18.99, 86+ points, was a straw yellow color.
Aromas of dominant apple were accented with hints of honeysuckle, caramel, mint, and cantaloupe.
Medium-bodied with fair acidity and a good translation from aromas to palate which carried well into the mildly spicy finish, and made for an accomplished pairing with my BLT sandwich.
