Bread And Butter California 2016 Chardonnay, $10.79-$11.99, 85 points, was a deep straw yellow color.
Smells of strong caramel and vanilla were archetypical Cali oaky Chardonnay.
Full-bodied white wine showed fair acidity and sported sour citrus flavors, a hint of turpentine, and an oaky rendition of the aromas.
Finished quite long on the fading palate, a touch of black pepper, apricot, and a well balanced 13.5% alcohol.
Paired okay with our rotisserie chicken.
