Francois Carillon 1611 Bourgogne 2016 Chardonnay, $18.69-$21.99, 92 points, poured a lovey yellow-gold color.
Aromatic honeysuckle and orange peel were delicious.
Barely medium-bodied white wine with good acidity carried clean delicate flavors of wet limestone-minerality, Applewood, and kiwi.
Finished long, tart, ginger-spicy, and with a spot-on 13% alcohol.
paired perfectly with my Thanksgiving-like dinner.
