Beaulieu Vineyard (BV) Napa Valley Beaurouge 20110 Red Wine

Beaulieu Vineyard (BV) Napa Valley Beaurouge 20110 Red Wine, $14.99-$24.99, 89+ points, poured core black trending a slightly murky purple/red toward the clear wine ring and glass bowl marked by heavy sheeting.
Aromas from chocolate to blackberry cordial, from soft sea breezes to hints of sandalwood were quite good.
Full-bodied with fair-plus acidity, sweet moderate tannins, and a fruit forward palate managed to impress.
Finished moderately long on mulberry, boysenberry, blueberry, raspberry, loam, mushrooms, and mint with a hint of oak and the 14.5% alcohol.
Varietals included Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Touriga and Mourvedre.
