Aromas were a bit different for Rosé, with Marshmallow Peanut Candy, kiwi, strawberry, a hint of celery-salt, and a floral note which made for a rather complex bouquet.
A somewhat thin representation of the aromas translated onto the palate with good, but not quite the acidity I have come to expect from French Rosé wines, and not as dry either.
Alcohol was an inconspicuous 12.5%, and lead the way to a less than memorable finish.
Paired fine with my beef and cheese burritos.
I bought this Rosé at The Whole Foods of Bedford.
