Justin Central Coast 2016 Sauvignon Blanc,
$12.74-$16.99, 91 points, poured the lightest brass colors.
Aromatic pome fruit and grass with a whisper of grapefruit were generous.
Light, crisp, refreshing, and appropriately acidic with complex evolving flavors of melon, tropical fruit, black pepper, and yes a hint of grass.
Finished on the trailing palate and a typically Justin-big 14.5% alcohol.
By far the best Justin Sauvignon Blanc I've tasted, and at less than $15, a great value.
Paired perfectly with my Canadian Halibut.

Is the glass coloured?
ReplyDeleteIn my attempt to separate white from gold lettering, the yellow cast was a bad choice I made. So, no!
