Renato Ratti 'Ochetti' Langhe 2014 Nebbiolo

Renato Ratti 'Ochetti' Langhe 2014 Nebbiolo, $19.54-$27.99, 89 points, poured with a broad transparent wine ring and was a shade more orange than a typical ruby red.
Aromatic whispers of black cherry, sage, and roses were excellent.
Barely medium-bodied with good acidity and fine grain tannin carried a well-integrated flavor profile, a blend of cherry and dried herbs, that will perfectly accommodate many table settings (as it was with our saucy beef stew).
Finished long on black tea, warm spices, a bit of oak, and an appropriate 13.5% alcohol.
