Château de Camensac Haut-Médoc 2015 Bordeaux Red Wine, $31.44-$36.99, 90 points, poured deep purple/reds with a broad clear meniscus and moderate glass draping.
Aromas of cedar, perfumed Black currant, blackberry, and a sweet earthiness with a herbaceous whisper were lovely.
Medium-plus body with good acidity and grippy grainy tannins managed to deliver lively flavors of red raspberry jam, licorice, and blackberry liqerur.
Finished long on the trailing palate, truffle, warm pepper spices, and a well balanced 13.5% alcohol.
Varietals were 57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Merlot.
