Aromas of sweet hay, apple, and a floral vibe were pleasant.
A shade more than light-bodied, good acidity, and reasonably tasty on sour hay notes, a hint of yeast, and grapefruit rind.
Finished long and tart on the trailing palate and a well-balanced 13.5% alcohol.
Paired fine with our spicy chili.
