Brady Vineyard Paso Robles 2015 Petite Sirah, $19.79-$21.99, 91 points, poured inky black grading blood red with Shiraz purple highlights, a broad clear meniscus, and dense stained hanging legs.
Aromatic underbrush, violets, Damson plum, black cherry, and marjoram were excellent.
Full-bodied red wine with good acidity and sturdy supportive tannins delivered intense licorice, black fruit, and herbal flavors.
Finished with a touch of pomegranate, quite long, spicy, and warm on a 15% alcohol (maybe a bit too much for some).
Paired great with my spice-rubbed strip steak.
