Château Haut-Bergey Pessac-Léognan 2015 Bordeaux Red Wine

Château Haut-Bergey Pessac-Léognan 2015 Bordeaux Red Wine, $24.22-$28.49, 88 points, poured a mottled black and purple/red with a broad clear wine ring and stained copious legs.
Aromas  of chocolate, Black plums, toast, and Black currants, were okay.
Near full-bodied red wine with good acidity and firm drying tannins managed to carry the aromas onto the palate with a bit of pomegranate which followed the finish of easy pepper spices and a well-balanced 13.5% alcohol.
Varietals were 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 7% Malbec, and 3% Petit Verdot.
Paired well with our classic burgers.
