Rose'N'Blum 2011 Pinot Grigio

Rose'N'Blum 2011 Pinot Grigio,
$9.90-$11.00, 88 points, oxymoronically appears as a clear smoke gray, with nearly as light an aroma as the color, there is red pummelo and a whisper of a floral note that continues throughout the tasting experience; citrus is the key to this exceptionally crisp, acidic, dry, and refreshing light-bodied white wine, but subtle mineral notes are noticeable.
We paired this Pinot Grigio well with a Greek salad and spiced Sea scallops sautéed in extra virgin olive-oil.
Does your table-setting have flowers on it? Can you just see this bottle as part of the décor?

  1. I forgot to note that this wine was bought at the Londonderry Hannafords Super Market.
