Gavi (Cortese di Gavi)

Gavi (Cortese di Gavi) is a light dry white from Piedmont, Italy. So, think easy drinking, think delicate, but think food-friendly. The prices I've seen range from about $10-$22. In New Hampshire I've only seen four or five brands or wineries to choose from, but I've not been disappointed.
This short list is to aide "Smart Phone" users as a review guide.
