Groth Oakville-Napa Valley 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon

Groth Oakville-Napa Valley 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, $42.49-$62.99, 93 points, appeared black all the way up to the leggy glass wall with a transparent circumferential rim.
The 2007 Cabernet had a lovely and profuse aroma of violets, warm loam, anise, and perfume.
Rich full body carried good acidity with layered and firm tannin.
Flavors, though juicy, were reflective of the aroma, as they complimented with plum, mint, coffee, and tobacco.
Finished on the trailing palate with a near perfect balance of the 14.9% alcohol and spice.
