Bodegas Alvarez de Toledo 2014 Godello (Bierizo, Spain), $7.99-$10.99, 86 points, poured a straw yellow color.
Aromas were near 'dumb', but a hint of juniper and sweet creosol were okay.
Light-plus body with fair acidity was accented with a rather smooth mouth-feel and subtle flavors of tangerine and melon rind.
Finished quietly on the fading palate and an innocuous 12.5% alcohol.
Paired fine with my fresh sautéed Icelandic cod loin.
