Charles Heidsieck Champagne Rosé Réserve (The Crowd Pleaser)

Charles Heidsieck Champagne Rosé Réserve,
$65.44-$79.99, 94 points, was more an apricot color than pink or rose colored; sufficient rather large bubbles camouflaged the dynamism residing in this bottle.
A soft floral strawberry aroma was delicate and lovely.
Light invigorating body of mouthwatering acids delivered a most amazing gestalt of inextricably pleasing floral-berry flavors.
Finished dry and very long on a hint of stem, a whisper of yeast, red cherry, and a well-integrated 12% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my grilled asparagus and honey roasted chicken wings.
Varietals were 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier, and 34% Chardonnay.
