Daniel Pollier Grand Vin De Bourgogne 2018 Pouilly Fuissé, $16.14-$22.99, 88 points, was a caramel/gold color graying towards the rim.
The nose was nearly shut-down with but faint floral and lemon aromas.
A medium-bodied dry white wine with fair acidity and flavors specific to Chardonnay, hints of lemon, cantaloupe, wet-stone, and white pepper, all of which were good and unobtrusive.
Finished long on the trailing palate with a well-balanced 13.5% alcohol.
Paired okay with my honey-fried chicken.
