Aromas of stone fruit were dominant and nuanced with hints of flint and tangerine peel.
A medium-bodied dry white wine with good acidity and tart to sour flavors of white pepper, pomelo rind, and minerality.
Finished quite long on the fading palate and a well-balanced 13.5% alcohol.
Paired nicely with our Asian cuisine.
