Domaine William Fevre 2018 Chablis

Domaine William Fevre 2018 Chablis, $28.04-$32.99, 89 points, was a medium brass color and fading to a light gray at the rim.
Aromas began quite lemony, and gradually showed white chocolate, wet stone, and Chardonnay specific grape.
This Chablis was light to medium-bodied with bright acidity, crisp, edgy with intense ginger notes, a bit tart, sour, and fresh.
Finished long on lemon zest, green melon rind, ginger, and a well-balanced 13% alcohol.
Paired fine with my veggie and rice with marinated chicken breast spiced Cajun.
