Zonin Prosecco

ZOnin Prosecco D.O.C., $13,99-$16.99, 89 points, is, like most Prosecco wines, light in color with brassy tints. However this Prosecco is more intense everything Prosecco, except the effervescence, which is medium fizzy and not "volcanic" like.
The nose is almost pungent, the flavor is robust, an adjective I've not thought of in describing Prosecco wines before.
With a hint of sweetness, this wine is yet Brut dry and crisp with less than a long finish, but paired nicely with our Lobster rolls:
Maine Lobster claws and tails ($3.99 lbs),
Mayonnaise,
Organic celery (diced),
Green pepper (diced),
and cayenne pepper all blended together on a bed of Romaine lettuce.
