CHÂTEAU BARBEBELLE Héritage Domaine Familial Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence AOP 2018 Rosé, $19.99-$21.99, 90 points, poured a lovely medium salmon-pink color.
Sweet floral strawberry aromas were defying the sheer dryness of this tasty Rosé wine.
Slightly more than a light body with bright acidity and good flavors of strawberry, red cherry, and Necco wafer did not disappoint.
Finished long with a bit of Bubble gum, watermelon, ginger, and a spot-on 13.5% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my Mexican cuisine.
