Aromas were good whiffs of brine, plum, oak, cinnamon, and blackberry.
Early silky smooth medium body snowballed into a more tannin-driven red wine with good acidity and bright red fruit flavors nuanced with Kirsch and floral notes.
Finished long on cherry cola, easy pepper spices, and a well balanced 13.5% alcohol .
Varietals were 51% Barbera and 49% Dolcetto.
