  1. Hold it!! I see no review on Galatrona! Dennis, one of my favorites. And...I dare say maybe the best Merlot in Italy. It's better than Masseto. And maybe better than Redigaffi. Sick Sick Sick...

    I try to still buy one bottle per year. You know it's not cheap, so...

  2. The 2005's drink fairly early I think. I haven't cellared many. I think I'd drink this wine, this winter - with something very appropriate like a filet with gorgonzola, or osso bucco, or risotto of some sort with cheese! Galatrona is a special, special wine. You're lucky to have it because it's not so easy to locate.
