Bogle Vineyards 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, $10.99-$13.99, 86 points, appeared Bordeaux purple/red, black at the core, and having a broad clear circumferential rim.
The near "dumb" aroma did show hints of cedar, plum, and some of the 13.5% alcohol.
Medium-plus body carried good acidity and moderate tannin, but the flavor profile was a bit one dimensional with aromatic encroachment.
Slightly astringent, Bogle 2007 Cab. finished with a touch of, spice, coffee, licorice and boysenberry.
