St. Supéry Estates Vineyards Napa Valley 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon, $25.99-$36.99, 89+ points, appeared opaque at the core trending deep black currant purple with a transparent rim.
Subtle aroma of toasty vanilla, coffee, and cardamom notes complimented the black currant and blackberries on the nose.
Near full bodied with fair acidity and moderate tannin, the 2010 St. Supéry reflected the aroma on the palate, especially the black currant.
Finished fair with some heat (14.4% alcohol), white pepper, and Cholula.
