Aromas of fresh lemongrass and a hint of passion fruit were excellent.
Light, crisp, fresh, and complex, this Cali Sauvignon Blanc didn't disappoint; flavors of lemon oil, fresh-cut grass, Crème brûlée, and a faint hint of vanilla were enticing.
Finished long on the trailing palate, ginger notes, and a spot-on 13.5% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my sautéed North Atlantic cod loin with traditional Mac and cheese.
