Château de Castelneau 2010 White Bordeaux,
$11.99-$14.99, 88 points (40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon, and 20% Muscadelle), opens-up floral with apple and pineapple on the nose.
The near medium body carries excellent acidity with some underlying sweet notes, but remains dry.
The flavors, though a bit pale, reflects the aroma with some tartness to it, and finishes on the trailing palate that adds some hints of mint, white pepper, and flowers.
I like this wine, and I'm looking forward to tasting this again.
